2. Service Overview
OSAM Websites offers SEO services to improve the digital presence and search engine rankings of our clients. This service is provided with an initial 6-month minimum term, after which it will automatically continue on a monthly rolling basis unless cancelled in accordance with these terms. For optimal results, we recommend a commitment of 6 to 12 months to achieve and maintain improved ranking positions.

3. Campaign Agreement
Before your SEO campaign commences, OSAM Websites will send you a Campaign Agreement document outlining the specifics of your campaign. You must review, sign, and return this agreement via email before we proceed with any work. Alternatively, making any payment towards the campaign will be considered as full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By signing the Campaign Agreement, sending it via email, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full, and that you are an authorised person within your company with the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation.

4. Start Date and Onboarding
The start date of your SEO campaign will be the date on which you return the signed Campaign Agreement via email or make payment.

5. Payment Terms
An active Direct Debit is required for ongoing payments unless the service is paid for yearly in advance. If you choose to pay yearly, payment must be made upfront for the entire year. At our discretion, we may accept a one-off Debit or Credit Card payment. OSAM Websites reserves the right to pause your campaign and/or suspend your website if invoices remain unpaid. Any overdue payments must be settled before the campaign can resume.

6. Website Changes
OSAM Websites may need to make changes to your website as part of the SEO campaign, including modifications to text, the addition of new pages, or adjustments to technical elements and design. If you wish to review and approve changes before implementation, you must notify us in advance. Otherwise, we will proceed with the necessary adjustments to achieve the best results.

7. Performance and Liability
While OSAM Websites will use best practices to improve your website’s search engine rankings, we cannot guarantee that your website will not drop in ranking, be excluded, or penalised by a search engine. Rankings may fluctuate for reasons beyond our control. Improved rankings do not guarantee increased enquiries or sales. OSAM Websites has no control over search engine policies and cannot guarantee the inclusion or ranking of any website.

8. No Guarantees
OSAM Websites will use industry best practices to improve rankings but does not guarantee specific results such as top positions, increased traffic, or a certain number of enquiries or sales. Results vary based on factors including algorithm changes, competitor activity, and industry trends. Rankings and traffic may fluctuate at any time.

9. Cancellation and Termination
All SEO campaigns have an initial 6-month minimum term. After this period, the service continues on a monthly rolling contract.
If you choose to cancel within the initial 6-month term, you will be required to pay a settlement fee equal to the remaining payments due for the rest of the 6-month term.
Cancellation requires a minimum of 30 days’ written notice via email or in writing (not by phone) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Notice must be given prior to your next billing date to avoid further charges.
Any overdue payments must be settled before cancellation is processed.
OSAM Websites does not offer refunds for any invoices already paid, including advance payments.
Failure to provide the required notice will result in the campaign continuing until the notice period has been served.

10. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any services provided are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
OSAM Websites reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. If any provision is found to be invalid by a court, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

12. Acceptance of Terms
By signing and returning the Campaign Agreement via email, or making payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full and acknowledge that you are an authorised person within your company with the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation.
