2. Service Overview

OSAM Websites offers SEO services to improve the digital presence and search engine rankings of our clients. This service is provided on a rolling monthly rolling basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with these terms. For optimal results, we recommend a commitment of 6 to 12 months to achieve and maintain improved ranking positions.

3. Campaign Agreement

Before your SEO campaign commences, OSAM Websites will send you a Campaign Agreement document, which outlines the specifics of your campaign. You must review, sign, and return this agreement before we proceed with any work. By signing the Campaign Agreement or making any payment towards the campaign, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. By signing the Campaign Agreement, you also confirm that you are an authorised person within your company with the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation.

4. Start Date and Onboarding

The start date of your SEO campaign will be the date on which you sign the Campaign Agreement. Following your written confirmation, our team will be in touch to schedule an onboarding call. During this call, we will discuss your campaign objectives, any necessary website changes, and the next steps in the process.

5. Payment Terms

An active Direct Debit is required for ongoing payments unless the service is paid for yearly in advance. If you choose to pay yearly, payment must be made upfront for the entire year. At our discretion, we may accept a one-off Debit or Credit Card payment. Please note that OSAM Websites reserves the right to remove any content or suspend services due to unpaid invoices.

6. Website Changes

OSAM Websites may need to make changes to your website as part of the SEO campaign. This can include modifications to text, the addition of new pages, or adjustments to technical elements and design. If you would like to review and approve these changes before they are implemented, you must notify us in advance. Otherwise, we will proceed with the necessary adjustments to achieve the best possible results.

7. Performance and Liability

While OSAM Websites will use best practices to improve your website’s search engine rankings, we cannot guarantee that your website will not drop in ranking, excluded, or penalised by a search engine. Search engine rankings can fluctuate for various reasons beyond our control. Increased rankings do not guarantee an increase in enquiries or new business. OSAM Websites cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects on your business operations, sales, or profitability resulting from our services. OSAM Websites has no control over the policies of search engines or directories and cannot guarantee the inclusion or ranking of any website. These policies may change at any time and may affect the performance of your website.

8. No Guarantees

OSAM Websites will utilise industry best practices to improve your website’s search engine rankings. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as top rankings on search engines, increased website traffic, or a certain number of enquiries or sales. SEO results can vary based on numerous factors, including but not limited to changes in search engine algorithms, competitive actions, and the client’s industry. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept that we do not guarantee specific results, and that rankings and website traffic may fluctuate.

9. Cancellation and Termination

To cancel your campaign, you must provide OSAM Websites with 30 days’ written notice prior to the renewal of your monthly rolling contract. This notice can be given via email or in writing. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the automatic renewal of your contract for another six months. Early cancellation of your campaign may incur termination fees, which will be detailed in your Campaign Agreement. OSAM Websites does not refund any paid invoices, including those paid for in advance.

10. Jurisdiction

The terms and conditions of this website, and any services provided, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any claims arising in respect of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

OSAM Websites reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By signing the Campaign Agreement, accepting a Campaign Confirmation, or making a payment, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full and acknowledge that you are an authorised person within your company with the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation.
