Payments for hosting services are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are created upon order and allocated server resources based on the selected plan. Payment remains due even if the account is unused.
Hosting accounts remain active until an official cancellation notice is received from the client.
What’s included
All website packages include 5GB of storage by default, shared across your website, database, and any associated email accounts.
When your storage is nearing capacity, our team will notify you and provide two options:
- Free up space by deleting old emails or large image & video files if applicable.
- Upgrade your hosting by purchasing additional space—available with flexible monthly or annual plans.

Termination of service
Cancellations can be submitted at any time by sending a written notice to accounts@osamweb.com and discussing it with our team.
A cancellation/admin fee of £50 + VAT per hosting account applies. This fee must be paid before the transfer can proceed. Your website will be provided in two parts: a ZIP file containing the HTML files and a MySQL database file.

Moving to a new provider:
If you choose to move your services to a new company, we provide 14 days of continued service from the date of notice. Please ensure your new provider completes the transfer of your website and domain before this deadline as your services with OSAM Websites will be terminated at this point.
Overdue payments:
Accounts with overdue balances will be suspended after 14 days and held for a total of 30 days. If payment is not received within this window, your service will be terminated.
Retiring:
Upon retirement, we offer 30 days of continued service to wrap up your affairs, or you may choose to keep the site live until the end of your current hosting term (please inform us if this is the case). Following this period, the account and all associated data will be terminated.
Please note that terminated accounts are permanently deleted; should you wish to return to OSAM Websites later or move to a different provider after your termination date has passed, a new website build and hosting package will be required.
